The prices are intended per person a day/week with 3/4 board AI.
Arrival: the rooms will be ready around 15:00 (on request also earlier)
Departure: please leave your room until 10.00
The special weeks offers are valid for 7 days (from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday)
Use of a double room as single room: +25,00 € per day

Minimum stays may apply during certain seasons
Smoking: not allowed in the hotel rooms and the common rooms (according to the Italian law)
CHILDREN REDUCTION: In rooms with 2 adults: up to 14 years old reduction of 10%
Fixed children's rates apply with a minimum of 2 full-paying adults in the room
Animation for kids: from Monday to Friday, 3 pm to 6 pm. Children's entertainment available upon reservation
Persons aged 14 years and over will from 1.1.2014 have to pay a tourist tax of € 2.90 per person per night. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay: it is only payable on departure.
